Our Working Agreement
These terms govern our professional relationship and ensure clarity in our collaboration.
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Prestavia Works ("we," "us," or "our") for content creation, translation, or copywriting services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms, along with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prestavia Works.
2. Services Overview
Prestavia Works provides professional content services including:
- Copywriting and content creation
- Website content development
- Translation services
- SEO-optimized content
- Brand voice development
Project Scope Definition
Each project will have a defined scope including deliverables, timelines, and revision rounds. Any changes to scope may require a revised agreement and additional fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure project success, you agree to:
- Provide clear briefs, brand guidelines, and necessary materials
- Respond to communications within agreed timeframes
- Provide feedback that is specific and constructive
- Make timely payments as agreed
- Ensure all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership Transfer: Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered content transfers to you. We retain the right to:
- Include the work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
- Use anonymized data for improvement of our services
Client Materials: You warrant that any materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights and grant us license to use them for your project.
5. Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms are:
- 50% deposit upon project acceptance
- 50% upon project completion, before final delivery
- Net 15 days for established clients on retainer
Late payments may result in suspension of services and may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month.
6. Revisions and Approvals
We include specified revision rounds in our proposals. Revisions must:
- Be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Relate to the original project scope
- Be provided in written form
After revision rounds are exhausted, additional changes may incur additional fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses arising from third-party services or platforms
- Client's use of content in ways not approved by us

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
